There is something very gripping about that last image Mark. Cinematic in nature…..can’t put my finger on it but there’s something there.

…you can’t put your finger on it?

…it’s AWESOME, that’s what it is!!!

Thanks Andy. Unfortunately the rest of the roll wasn’t as solid, but I guess you win some/you lose some…

      I appreciate the comment!

I can almost always put my finger on it… of course the results often resemble Baby J with a glazed doughnut… 🙂

The composition is great, almost half light half dark divided on the diagonal, figures on the appropriate grounds and the focus on the back of the foreground listener gives it a sense of mystery… he’s so indistinct, it’s almost as if she’s remembering or dreaming him.

Oh and did I mention previously that I’m getting to be a really big fan of the way this lens draws an image?

All things considered, I agree, it’s pretty darned awesome.

      Thanks Greg.

I appreciate your thoughtful critique of the image. (Now at least I know WHY it was awesome…)

More importantly, you made me smile!

      Thanks again, M.
