Fuji Neopan Acros 100 on the Mamiya 7II and 150mm lens with Metz flash (whew–mouthful!)

Developed in Tmax.

Posted here because there is NO DUST!!!

(In Dirtmonton, that is revolutionary).

My good friend Greg found these Kinetronics StaticVac things for sale at like 15% of retail (no, not off retail–actually of retail!!).  Apparently they are used by professional film labs pre-scanning.

I must admit, I was a bigtime skeptic…but they actually WORK!!

It is a MF scanning breakthrough.

I’m curious what you are using to scan our 120 film, and if the StaticVac (which I have to admit is a pretty awesome name) helps with the 35mm stuff

I am still hanging in there with the V750.

…A good question actually: the guy who resells these things has a YouTube video where he has one set up in series with his Pakon. The film runs through the StaticVac, and then straight into the F135.

    …Worth looking into I think…especially for B&W.

Just tried it myself, Jordan, and it works wonders! Fed the film through the cleaner on the way into the Pakon, and there is absolutely ZERO to clean from the finished files…which is a rarity for B&W negatives!
