Thanks very much Andy–I love the first, but I almost passed the last one by (if not for The Producer!)

How are you liking your OM? Any new lenses?

Enjoying it very much! For $350 it’s fantastic value. Obviously a little different to the M system in focusing and shutter speed dial, though getting used to it. Focusing wide open is a little challenging! What focus system do you use in yours? No new lenses. Thought seriously about 100mm, though fairy sure it wouldn’t see enough use and at $1000 for this system a bit steep.

Terrific contrast and tones throughout, but Andy’s right, the first and last are special content. For me, the real standout is the last: unique (to my admittedly shaky memory) in the annals of Baby J images… poignantly thoughtful.

      Thanks Peter!

(I’m sure you appreciate this, but…) It was definitely harder than it looked. (Or maybe it looks hard, I don’t know…) The carousel was spinning, and focus in the right plane was certainly a challenge. (Yes, I cheated with some DOF…)

Fortunately she just happened to look up at the right moment.
