Did you know that any colour film can be made B&W?

That’s right, friends!

There may be film and developer-specific recipes based on temperature and box ISO…but quite honestly, stand-development is the way to go:

1:100 Rodinal, and let stand for one hour, at 20-24 degrees Celcius. Agitate briefly at 20 minute intervals. Stop bath and fix as normal.

This is a variety of colour films developed in Rodinal–even Eastman 250D Cinema! (Remove the Remjet first). The technique seems to deal nicely with highlights, and preserve detail in the shadows…giving a decent amount of latitude with exposure.
