Well Guys n’ Gals….
That’s it.
For a variety of reasons…Iftimestoodstill is going deep deep deep underground.
(Don’t worry–it’s nothing rash–It’s just time.)
15.02.2013–That was my first one.
1,757 posts, 6009 comments, and 307,755 visits later…it comes to an end.
Nothing lasts forever, right?
In any case, thank you to all I’ve met along the way.Β You know who you are–stay in touch.
I’m still here if you need me.
All the best,
-Mark
I am so sorry to see the end of your blog! I have loved watching your children grow, seeing you photograph The Producer, and move around the world. Keep it open as you may want to return when things settle out. Thanks for your help with film processing and other stuff. Take care of yourself!
Naomi,
One day we will meet, in this post-apocalyptic world…and we will have beer, and we will go shoot.
π
Take care…and stay in touch.
M.
Thank you, Mark. I will.
Beautiful family. Goodbye.
Thank you very much SP–Hopefully not for too long! I’m still around to rave about the 7Art 28, and post any pictures you might want to send me…
π
All the best,
Mark
Hi Mark, you know how I feel about your decision. I hope you’ll reconsider at some point. I’ve enjoyed the inspiration, and will miss it. Best to you and your family.
Peter,
Many thanks. Hopefully the group will stay in touch, and we will all go shooting some day…perhaps even in the Big City.
π
Thank you for all your posts.
Clearly they were all a labour of love.
You had and still have a friend all the way in Portugal.
Carlos,
Thank you. If we’re ever in Portugal, I will be certain to look you up!!
Mark, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed your blog and am very sad to see it go. You and your family take good care and I wish you all the best.
Thank you very much P–don’t be a stranger. Like I said earlier–I am happy to post anything people want to send me.
π
All the best to you and your family,
M.
BUMMER, MAN. Well, life is all about cycles, isn’t it. Maybe in a year or so you will start a new blog. Or maybe focus more on Instagram or Flickr or whatever. Or nothing at all. I do hope that you continue to submit user reports and photos to Steve Huff. I like your Analog Vacation series a lot.
Karimβvery true. All cycles.
Anyway, thanks for all your companionship and support. If we ever make it all the way Down Under, you can certainly expect a call.
π
All the best,
M.
Will miss Your photos… Anyway – all the best in your further way and keep your inspiration. π
Mark, thanks for all the photos and all the talks. Stay in touch, and keep the basement clear for Jess and I just in case as always π
Would still really, really love to have a beer/wine/cocktail with you and the producer some day. Please stay in touch, love our conversations!
In late June 2013, you posted (on your site and on Huff’s) an image of your elder daughter picking dandelions. It was, I think, the first I knew of you and your family. I wrote a short poem from it which, in revised form, ended up in a very small collection I put together for my daughter’s wedding several years later. So thanks for that memory and all that followed. It’s been a lovely run.
Let us hope it’s not adieu, but a tout a l’heure. Best to you all.
